IGN: SolarisMC Users Involved in this Contract: @Dab_King189 General Purpose of Contract: This contract is between @SolarisMC and @Dab_King189 securing a mortgage of amount $4500 on an apartment sale in The Nation of Gemstone, of 11 Oak Avenue in town Kish. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I, SolarisMC, will uphold the following terms: I will create a trade sign (located at -629 64 2097) for @Dab_King189 to pay off the mortgage in $300 amounts every month after a fortnight of this contract being signed by all parties , and a $2700 non-refundable deposit within 2 days of this contract's signing by all other parties. I will ensure that the mortgage amounts are payed on time, once a month, until said amount, is entirely payed off. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: I, @Dab_King189 will uphold the following terms: I will pay off the amounts of $500 ECD monthly, and understand that failure to do so without a reasonable explanation will result in my house being relocated and all items within sold off to pay the debt. Is this in rising or legacy? In another section of the contract it says $300 per month please edit them so both are the same. you say earlier in the contract that you will create a sign for @Dab_King189 to pay a $2700 deposit but you do not include in the parts of the contract that @Dab_King189 needs to agree to that he has to pay this deposit. Please include this. After these edits are completed @Dab_King189 will need to re agree to the contract
This contract is now null and void. Due to recent minor griefing in the nation, Me and @luccowarleo have come to an agreement that no more apartments are to be sold in the nation, and as a result, due to @Dab_King189 paying the deposit early, he is now eligible to pick an unowned house in the nation and have that $2700 discounted from the price of the house. For example, if he picked a house that was selling for $3000 (which there aren't any of in the nation, may I point out), he would not pay the $3000, rather the $300.
