General Purpose of Contract:
For the official transfer of the legal ownership of the town "Apollo"' in Rising to @SuburbSomeone from @Diamond396.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, @SuburbSomeone, agree to have @Diamond396 become a member of the town "Apollo" following this contract's approval, and be removed as an owner.
I, @SuburbSomeone, agree to split any house sales in "Apollo" with @MCHelix3000 for as long as he is co-mayor of "Apollo".
I, @SuburbSomeone, may sell my legal ownership of the town "Apollo" to another user at any time in the future. @MCHelix3000 must retain co-mayorship if I choose to sell "Apollo" per this contract: http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/contract-co-ownership-of-apollo-and-hera.112042/.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@Diamond396 must agree to giving legal ownership of the town "Apollo" to myself, @SuburbSomeone.
@Diamond396 must agree that I, @SuburbSomeone, as well as any user defined as legal owner of "Apollo" is allowed to use a Town Transfer in order to transfer the town to themselves.
@MCHelix3000 agrees to split any house sales in "Apollo" with myself, @SuburbSomeone, for as long as I am the legal owner of "Apollo".

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
