General Purpose of Contract:

Banking

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

I agree to provide @Cole_The_Crazy a bank account at "Gmo Banking and Metals" in exchange for him to never reach the point where a bill from a partnered shop owner/business partner exceeds his balance leaving him in debt. If he does go into the negative zone he will have 2 days to pay up or he will breach this contract. @Cole_The_Crazy also has to agree that he will be content receiving any money he withdraws from his balance in any form of bills available at the time meaning I won't breach the contract by giving him the equivalent of his account in lapis even if he deposited a diamond. For example if he withdraws 40 ,which in my bank equals a netherstar, then I could either give him a nether star or give him 16 diamonds (diamonds are 2.5).

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

Disclaimer: If he makes a loan agreement prior to the debt on his account he may continue assuming he follows the loan contract correctly.

Disclaimer 2: This contract doesn't expire unless Cole_The_Crazy asks to close his account which he cannot do if he is in debt or it is within first month of signing 9/2/14 - 10/2/14

Value is not money it's value as a number. Btw I made a similar contract that was agreed no questions asked and approved by a mod so why is this one different?

Ok I see but how did the other one pass and I have written values example: Nether stars are 40 and 40 isn't 40$ on the server it's just 40 you could call them credits if you'd like but it's 40 as a number if you have a nether star and you give it to me and ask me to add it to your account then I make you go from whatever you have to that +40. It's quite simple but I lack a currency sign to put in front but I guess a netherstar can be ₮40 so it has a currency sign.

 

Ok so do the math if .2 = $1 then a netherstar 40₮ must be 200$ (bank currency exchange but as noted the dollar is uncommonly used but is more of an emergency exit of the system if contracts are breached)

 

Just so we can clarify what this is for it's because I am making a new currency "credits" and the reason why stuff like the items used to gain credits don't = server cash is because it's a new currency. The contract is so that I can give screenshots of people's transactions with me (the central bank) so I can get rid of debters.

 

Ok understood. I do hope I can make a private currency without all the fuss. Some things though like needing each items value can be easily resolved with the command /worth and if you want to know credit value ask me or read this contract.

 

It's fine I support the admins of this server but I hope if there are any problems we can find a solution before outright deny this contract.
