IGN: @Darth_Hydraxis Users Involved in this Contract: @Darth_Hydraxis @LaggyTryHard General Purpose of Contract: Exchange of Mayor town I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I @Darth_Hydraxis will pay @LaggyTryHard the total amount of $100,000 ecd within 24 hours of contract approval. This money will be so that @LaggyTryHard can apply for the ranks of resident and mayor. I @Darth_Hydraxis will then mark out a 200x200 town on the Main North server within 24 hours of @LaggyTryHard reaching resident so that he may apply for mayor. I @Darth_Hydraxis will also pay for a full town ownership transfer when I have the money. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @LaggyTryHard will, within 24 hours of contract approval, apply for the rank of resident. After this within 24 hours of receiving the rank of resident @LaggyTryHard will then contact me via forums to inform me that he has achieved this rank. He will then have 24 hours from the time I place a 200x200 town on Main North to apply for Mayor & name the town (a name which will be discussed in the message about having placed the 200x200). Upon receiving Mayor @LaggyTryHard will have 24 hours to transfer the towns ownership to @Darth_Hydraxis (add me as owner and remove himself). @LaggyTryHard may never remove me as owner of the town unless I have been inactive for 6months+. @LaggyTryHard will also agree that when I have the funds in order to do a full ownership transfer @LaggyTryHard will have 24 hours upon receiving a message from me in regards to applying for said ownership transfer to meet me in game to receive funds and apply for the transfer. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. EDIT: My deepest apologies Darth, I did not realize the rank was carried over from main. I was under the assumption that mainnorth was a separate server entirely. I fully hope you find a builder who can sell you their town. This was my bad, I should have realized that the rank was carried over.
