General Purpose of Contract:
This contract is to secure the transaction between @y0landi employing @Emau to build a castle, in the town of "bectoncastle". This build will be 25% of the entire castle, but will cover the region of "bectoncastle".

Note- All mentions of bectoncastle refer to the region located in Rising
Note- All mentions of I refer to the creator of this contract, @y0landi
Note- All mentions of the "town" refer to the region of bectoncastle

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

- I agree to pay @Emau 2 million ECD by June 15th, 2017 if the build has been completed.
- I agree to supply all blocks and items needed to complete the project.
- I agree to add @Emau to be an owner of the region "bectoncastle" in order to add other members to the town to help if @Emau wants to. I shall add @Emau within 12 hours of this contract approval.
- I agree to add @Emau to be admin of all chests that materials for the project are in, in order for @Emau to add other members to help on this project. I shall add @Emau within 12 hours of contract approval.
- I agree to keep @Emau the owner of the town unless I decide to sell the town, in which case I am allowed to remove @Emau as owner.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

- @Emau agrees to build a build based on the world save located at http://www.filedropper.com/showdownload.php/bectoncastleregiona_1
- @Emau agrees to finish building this project by June 8th, 2017.
- @Emau agrees not to add/remove owners to the town "bectoncastle" and not to apply for a town claim or town features.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. This was not in my original contract but was added as requested by @Emau
This is why I added the part that a moderator must agree. So if 50% is done, a moderator would not agree to me firing him. But if there has been 20 blocks placed in 2 months, a mod may agree.

 

No worries, just the timing was based on getting the contract started asap, we might need to edit/extend deadlines depending how long this gets delayed.

 

Alright fixed. I just removed the issue clause altogether. @Emau if you would read over and agree to this contract, we can get started. Also I extended all deadlines a week later because of the delayed contract approval.
