I will be buying @AntFire mayor in exchange for his town being part of my nation and I having ownership of it

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
Within 12 hours of approval I will pay @AntFire $85,000 ECD.
I will give @AntFire permission to place his town by my towns in his mayor application
