I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I will not remove caroleel unless he is offline for more then a month without telling me he will be away. I will not remove caroleel unless she isnt helping the town improve by building more floors on the farm or repairing the farm. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: Caroleel will never remove me from owners list Caroleel will never add anyone else to owners list When caroleel sells perms she must give me 25% of the earnings Caroleel must be working on improving the town, not just selling perms. He will be working on improving the farm by Adding more floors to the farms and repairing the farms I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. As well, please define more clearly what is included in "improving the town". Once the contract is edited @caroleel will need to post agreement again.
