[Contract] Casino Build

General Purpose of Contract:
For imSwag__ to build a casino for wcb02

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, imSwag__, agree to build a underwater casino for wcb02 in his town wcbcasino, located in 'Rising'

I, imSwag__, agree to purchase all materials needed for this build. The build will consist of Quartz, Purpur Blocks, Logs, Sea Lanterns, Glass, and other materials that I deem necessary.The materials are estimated to cost around 50,000-100,000 ECD.

I, imSwag__, agree to begin the build within 24 hours of being paid 430,000 ECD from wcb02, and being added to wcb02's town, wcbcasino

I, imSwag__, agree to complete this build within eight(8) weeks from start time.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
I, wcb02, agree to /pay imSwag__ 430,000 within 48 hours of contract approval

I, wcb02, agree to /rg ao wcbcasino imSwag__ within 48 hours of contract approval.

I, wcb02, agree to not edit any blocks in wcbcasino until the casino is completed.

I, wcb02, agree that failure to uphold my agreement would result in a breach of contract, and cancellation of build with no refund.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
