General Purpose of Contract:
Loan with the amount of $250,000 ECD.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, @Maco20047 will be receiving a loan with the amount of $250,000 ECD from @Chundi_Jr. As I currently owe another user $200,000 ECD in 3 weeks on June 21st, I will pay @Chundi_Jr back $250,000 with a 20% interest rate, totaling $300,000 ECD, 4 weeks after that, on July 19th. If I do not pay @Chundi_Jr $300,000 by July 19th, there will be a late fee of $5k for every day the payment is late, for 1 week. If, after the extra week given, I do not pay @Chundi_Jr, she may file a complaint for a Breach of Contract.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@Chundi_Jr will pay me, @Maco20047, $250,000 ECD, and will expect a return payment of $250,000 ECD with a 20% interest rate, totaling $300,000 ECD, 4 weeks after my prior debt is paid off on July 19th. @Chundi_Jr will give @Maco20047 1 week longer after July 19th if @Maco20047 has not paid with a $5k per day late fee. If @Maco20047 still has not paid after this week, @Chundi_Jr may file a Complaint for Breach of Contract.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
