General Purpose of Contract:
Safe Co-Mayorship of Wifizone.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, @SoftlyPsychotic, agree to allow @elliecraft08 to Co-Mayor Wifizone, while I will still remain the Main Owner. I will not remove @elliecraft08 unless one of the following occur:

1. @elliecraft08 does not comply with any of the rules outlined in the contract
2. @elliecraft08 gets banned (Temps/Bans/PermaBans included)
3. @elliecraft08 griefs any part of the town (without @SoftlyPsychotic's approval)
4. @elliecraft08 goes inactive for 30 + days.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@elliecraft08 agrees to the following:

1. @elliecraft08 is an acting Mayor, but @SoftlyPsychotic is the Main Mayor
2. @elliecraft08 is at no point allowed to remove @SoftlyPsychotic from the owners list of Wifizone
3. @elliecraft08 is at no point allowed to add owners to Wifizone (without @SoftlyPsychotic's approval)
4. @elliecraft08 is allowed to add members who wish to live here.
5. @elliecraft08 is allowed to file LWCs on anyone who goes inactive in order to make plots re-sellable
6. @elliecraft08 is at no point allowed to file LWCs on @SoftlyPsychotic
7. @elliecraft08 is to follow all server rules. Failure to do so will result in the revocation of her Co-Mayor position
8. @elliecraft08 agrees that breaking any of the rules I, @SoftlyPsychotic, have laid out in this contract will result in the revocation of her Co-Mayor position
9. @elliecraft08 may step down willingly at any time she chooses. She may contact me any way she wished to step down
10. If @elliecraft08 agrees to the specified above, she is to copy and paste the following:

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
