General Purpose of Contract:
To safely initiate @RandomMan_ Co Mayor of the Archadyan Nation, and to outline responsibilities and benefits as such.
I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
-I will instate @RandomMan_ Co Mayor of 5 towns currently.
-Town Names are as follows
SoulSociety, SecretSociety, TechyTown, Archadya, and RubyRepublic
-@RandomMan_ will receive 25% of @ASauerPatchKid's sales starting 24 hours after this contract is complete.
-@RandomMan_ may resign from his position with no questions ask at any time.
-@ASauerPatchKid will supply @RandomMan_ with a free plot of his choice in any of the towns, except Archadya.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@RandomMan_ agrees to uphold responsibilities within Archadya Nation.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
-Filing LWC/Trade Sign Removals
-Filing Grief Reports
-Helping the town residents with anything they may need
-Assisting @ASauerPatchKid with small jobs, larger jobs will come with pay
-Advertising in /ch tr
-Help in hiring for various positions when the time comes

@RandomMan_ reserves the right to take a plot and build a prebuilt in which he will choose the price, and receive 90% of the money if he sells it, or 75% if @ASauerPatchKid sells it. As long as he is comayor
@ASauerPatchKid reserves the right to release @RandomMan_ from his duties for any reason at any time. If @RandomMan_ resigns or is released he will no longer receive bonuses, and will no longer be held to any responsibilities
@RandomMan_ May become CoMayor of future towns annexed by Archadya with @ASauerPatchKid and @RandomMan_ agreement and approval

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
