General Purpose of Contract:
Safe Co-Mayorship over Watercraft

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
- I, @Inamine will make @williamannin and @_NIAGARA_ owners in the the region Watercraft in Legacy once this contract is approved.
- @Inamine will remove @williamannin or @_NIAGARA_ if they abuse their powers by removing users that are not inactive or if they do not sell plots.
- @Inamine has the right to remove @williamannin and @_NIAGARA_ at any time for any reason once proper notice is supplied.
- @Inamine has made trade signs for both @williamannin and @_NIAGARA_ to pay half of plot sales to, when they make sales.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
- @williamannin and @_NIAGARA_ are to pay half of each plot sale into the [Trade] sign supplied by @Inamine as soon as the sale is made, or once they are done with the user buying a plot.
- @williamannin and @_NIAGARA_ will not remove @Inamine or any other owners and will only removed members of the region Watercraft in Legacy when they have been offline for 10 days or 7 if allowed first by @Inamine
- @williamannin and @_NIAGARA_ must either a) get the new user to post onto Watercraft official thread stating that they agree to the rules, or b) get a screenshot of the user agreeing to the rules In-Game and send it to @Inamine via forum PM.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
