I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: We all co own it and are aloud to use it, everytime not in use it is to be returned to a designated chest, no one is aloud to sell unless all 3 of us agree, if any one breaks it they owe me 300k​
