General Purpose of Contract:
Adding a new co-owner to the towns of Divinity and Sanctus_real located in legacy.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
- I agree to add @RisingCreeper as an owner of the town Divinity and as an owner of the town Sanctus_real within 24 hours of this contract being approved.
- I agree to allow @RisingCreeper to do LWC removal requests and keep the contents of said chests for themselves.
- @RisingCreeper may add and remove members from the town as he sees fit. Assuming appropriate eviction rules are followed.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@RisingCreeper must:
- Pay a total of $250,000 ECD within 25 days of this contract being approved. This payment will be due 30th of March 2016. Sign located at /warp divinity (Right in front of the warP)
- Agree that if the $250,000 is not paid off by the 20th of April at the latest, then @RisingCreeper will be removed from the town as owner/member and still owe the $250,000 ECD.
- Agree that they are a Co-Mayor not an official owner.
- Not attempt to remove any of @Obblebobble's locks/chests. If they need removing @Obblebobble should be contacted
- Not add any owners to either town region.
- Not remove @Obblebobble from the ownership list of either town region, ever.
- Remain reasonably active. If he is offline for more than 1 month without notifying @Obblebobble then ownership will be removed
- Keep @Obblebobble informed via PM of the changes made to Divinity and Sanctus_Real and all profits made
- Try to sell plots, farm perms, so forth. And maintain general town activity
- Give @Obblebobble 50% of all profits generated from the town every week. This will be done via /pay when we're both online.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
