[Contract] Co-ownership of Apollo and Hera

General Purpose of Contract:
Permanent comayorship of towns Apollo and Hera to @MCHelix3000

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, @MCHelix3000, agree to never remove @Diamond396 from ownership of towns 'Apollo' and 'Hera'. I also agree to follow these rules:
>> @MCHelix3000 cannot file LWC Removals against the original owner, @Diamond396.
>> @MCHelix3000 cannot evict anyone without notifying @Diamond396 via /mail.
>> @MCHelix3000 agrees to give half of all sales to @Diamond396, regardless.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@Diamond396 agrees to keep @MCHelix3000 as an owner of towns 'Apollo' and 'Hera' as long as @MCHelix3000 is not permabanned.
@Diamond396 also grants @MCHelix3000 these permissions:
>> @MCHelix3000 can file LWC Removals.
>> @MCHelix3000 can sell homes and must receive half of all sales, whether @MCHelix3000 has sold a home or @Diamond396 has sold a home.
>> @MCHelix3000 can build anywhere in the town.
>> @MCHelix3000's items will never be sold.
>> @Diamond396 agrees to never add new coowners to 'Apollo' and 'Hera' without notifying @MCHelix3000. Once @MCHelix3000 is notified via /mail he can immediately add a new owner/remove owners whenever he wants.


I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
