General Purpose of Contract:
The sale of the town that is claimed via WellAtCsgo 's Mayor Application


I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I @_Sharpy will:
-Pay WellAtCsgo 85,000 ECD upon approval of this contract (within 24 hours)

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
WellAtCsgo Will:
-Put a Mayor Application in for the town "Cocoa" within 24 hours of receiving 85,000 ECD from _Sharpy
-Add @_Sharpy as owner, and remove himself from the town within 24 hours upon ranking up to Mayor.
-Agrees that this contract serves as approval for any future town transfer that may occur to @_Sharpy
-Agrees to do any town feature applications where the funds are provided by @_Sharpy
