General Purpose of Contract:
Agreement that @jmichael214 will buy Station 67 from @ClarinetPhoenix for $1,500,000 if, and only if, @ClarinetPhoenix purchases and moves to a spawnshop other than Station 67 before June 30, 2016.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

If @ClarinetPhoenix purchases and moves to a spawnshop other than Station 67 before June 30, 2016, @jmichael214 agrees to purchase Station 67 for $1,500,000 ECD.

Within 24 hours of Notice of Move (as described below) provided to @jmichael214 by @ClarinetPhoenix, @jmichael214 will pay @ClarinetPhoenix $1,500,000 ECD by "/pay Clarinetphoenix 1500000." ("Payment")

THIS IS AN OPTION CONTRACT. It is understood by both parties that performance of this contract is only triggered if @ClarinetPhoenix moves to a shop other than Station 67. Whether to move or not is entirely up to @ClarinetPhoenix. If @ClarinetPhoenix does not move, @jmichael214 has no obligation to pay her. @ClarinetPhoenix is under no obligation to sell Station 67 if she does not decide to move. If @ClarinetPhoenix does not move to a spawnshop other than Station 67 before June 30, 2016, this entire contract is automatically void, and the parties have no obligations to each other.

The two parties to this contract are experienced players who have agreed to these terms and believe this contract to comply with the rules of this server. As the primary purpose of contract approval is the protection of inexperienced players from unfair contracts, the parties request that the staff member(s) approving this contract keep that in mind.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

If @ClarinetPhoenix purchases and moves to a spawnshop other than Station 67 before June 30, 2016, @ClarinetPhoenix agrees to sell Station 67 to @jmichael214 for $1,500,000.

Within 24 hours of the transfer of any spawnshop other than Station 67 to @ClarinetPhoenix, @ClarinetPhoenix agrees to give notice to @jmichael214 by forum /pm that she is moving, and that this contract has been triggered ("Notice of Move").

Within 24 hours of Payment of $1,500,000 by @jmichael214 to @ClarinetPhoenix as described above, @ClarinetPhoenix agrees to transfer Station 67 to @jmichael214 with 10 weeks of rent pre-paid.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
