Terms of the contract:
@Quackk Agrees to extend out the hallway of cove approximately 15 blocks, along with building a room about 30x30 after the hallway within the town of Cove located on the Main Server. The hallway and the Room are to fit the current theme within Cove. Quackk will supply all the materials himself, and agrees to a deadline of 1 week from the approval of this contract.

I @pbrassat agree to pay @Quackk $75,000 within 24 hours of this contract being accepted either through the forums, or ingame, and he will be added to the region within 24 hours of the contract being accepted.

If either party does not hold up their part of the agreement a Complaint can be filed and handled as the staff team deems necessary.
