[Contract] DiamondDesire Loan

General Purpose of Contract:
Loan of $1,000,000 ECD

I @Imabankthing agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
Agree to lend $1,000,000 ECD to @DiamondDesire within 24hrs of contract approval with a $1,100,000 payback in 10 weeks(May 15th, 2016). Repayments will be made to the payment signs located at /warp colebex. x-10698, y63, z6542. I have shown these signs to @DiamondDesire who has set a home here.



The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@DiamondDesire agrees to pay each instalment by the dates outlined below.

Payments will be as follows:
week 1-$110k due on March 13th, 2016
week 2-$110K due on March 20th, 2016
week 3-$110K due on March 27th, 2016
week 4-$110K due on April 3rd, 2016
week 5-$110K due on April 10th, 2016
week 6-$110K due on April 17th, 2016
Week 7 -$110k due on April 24th, 2016
Week 8 - $110k due on May 1st, 2016
Week 9 - $110k due on May 8th, 2016
Week 10 - $110k due on May 15th, 2016
If @DiamondDesire is late on any of these payments there will be a late fee of 5K ECD per day(max 7 days) after which @Imabankthing may file a complaint


I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
