General Purpose of Contract: melon sword sale
<general outline of what the contract is for.>

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I @scgenesis agree to:

1) give @DiamondDesire my melon sword with unique ID #IBYL05HA with in 24 hours of this contracts approval.

2) transfer ownership via the /own command to @DiamondDesire with in 24 hours of receiving the entire amount owed to @scgenesis (250k upfront plus weekly payments plus applicable late fees)

3) set up 6 trade signs at x: -12767 y: 63 z:378 each loaded with 150 stone with a price of $1000. each of these 6 signs will be a payment sign for @DiamondDesire weekly payments of 150k. each sign will be labeled with the appropriate week of the payment plan (week 1, week 2 etc). An additional sign will be set up selling 1 stone for $10000 to collect late fees if applicable.

4) @scgenesis must not collect the money from a sign until the full $150k has been deposited for the given week.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@DiamondDesire agrees to:

1) pay @scgenesis $250k ecd with in 1 hour of this contracts approval.

2) pay @scgenesis $150k ecd every Saturday for 6 weeks, with the first payment being 11/28/15. these payments will be made through the trade signs mentioned in the contract initiators part of the agreement.

3) pay a 10k/day late fee if any one of the 6 weekly payments is late, which will continue through the duration of the 6 week payment plan.

4) return the melon sword to @scgenesis if @DiamondDesire is behind on payments (weekly payments plus late fees) for 2 consecutive weeks.

5) continue with the payment plan if the msword is lost/broken.

6) return the melon sword to @scgenesis if he has not received the total amount owed to him (weekly payments plus applicable late fees) after 1 week of the end of the payment plan.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: yes
