IGN: @Probuilder300 Users Involved in this Contract: @bobbysix6 General Purpose of Contract: Purchasing Donation features in exchange for EcoCityDollars, on a payment plan. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I, @Probuilder300 agree to purchasing(within 48 hours of approval) @bobbysix6 Multihome++, tombstone, back, back+, water+, and backpack+ all totaling $71.25 USD in exchange for a $498,750 ECD payment plan. I, @Probuilder300 will take full responsibility on my part if I fail do fulfill my part of the contracted stated in the sentence prior to this. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: Must pay $498,750 ECD within 5 weeks(once contract is approved this day, April 27th), after the 5 weeks @bobbysix6 will be charged as a late fee, 5k/day @bobbysix6 does not pay off the debt, after June 1st, 2016. After one week a complaint will be filed and @bobbysix6 will face the punishment that ECC staff will deem fit. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. @Probuilder300 I will need you to add a time frame to this aspect of the contract - For example "I agree to purchasing @bobbysix6 Multihome++, tombstone, back, back+, water+, and backpack+ within 24 hours of the approval of this contract." I will also need you specify the when the 5 weeks begin counting (After approval of the contract? Or perhaps after the features have been purchased? Your choice.) You'll need to have a strict limit on how much late fees @bobbysix6 can occur as well, not just "late fees without a valid reason". We don't allow open ended late fees. Please specify which world this payment sign is in. Once you've made these requested changes and @bobbysix6 resigns the contract, I can then get to approving this.
