General Purpose of Contract:.
Purchasing of the ExtCommands+2 feature for @goblizz on a payment plan.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I, @goblizz, agree to pay the sum of 250,000 ECD by May 30th, 2016 - 4 weeks. If the sum is not paid for by this date, @Riggs316 has the right to file a complaint at his discretion. All payments must be made to @Riggs316 using the ingame "/pay" command. There are no late fees and no "cushion time" allotted. Any extensions must be initiated by myself and must be approved by @Riggs316.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@Riggs316 must purchase the ExtCommands+2 donation feature (worth $32.50 on sale) within 24 hours of contract approval. If this can not be completed, the contract will be voided.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
