General Purpose of Contract: sale of feature with payment plan

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: i @scgenesis will buy @DrowningInPizza the ext coommands plus donation feature right after recieving the 55k down payment she provides me

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @DrowningInPizza agrees to pay @scgenesis 55k with in 24 hours of this s contract being signed (assuming the server is back online. If not the 24 hours starts when it comes back online), and 100k per week for 2 weeks starting right after this contract is aproved. This will total 255 . If @DrowningInPizza is late on a weekly payment, @scgenesis will have the right to file a complaint and given a choice to either A) add an additional 50k to the total amount owed, or B) have @DrowningInPizza banned for breach of contract. Which ever of these two choices are decided by @scgenesis will be at his sole descretion. @scgenesis will have to file a complaint resulting in @DrowningInPizza being banned if at the end of the two week payment plan the full amount owed (weekly payments + late fees) is not fully paid.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: yes

Mod please lock i have sold this feature to another user for money upfront. @DrowningInPizza ill have more money to spend next tuesday. Let me know if yiu still need it by then otherwise david offered you a pretty good deal also.
