General Purpose of Contract:
To ensure the user obeys the town rules and he is evicted in a legal manner.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

I @OlympiansAreGods will not remove @imSwag__ as a member from the town of ECCcasino in the world of legacy, Unless:

- @imSwag__ Goes inactive for more than 1 month (31 days)
- @imSwag__ Breaks any rules located at: X: -8017 Y: 70 Z: -2567
- @imSwag__ Gives permission via /mail that I can remove him.

I @OlympiansAreGods will only remove @imSwag__ if any of these 3 things happen after a 3 day eviction notice has been made via /mail


The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

- @imSwag__ agrees to the town rules located at: X: -8017 Y: 70 Z: -2567 and agrees that if he breaks these rules, I can remove him with a 3 day eviction notice.

The rules are as following:

1. No swearing.
2. Respect casino staff & players.
3. Follow orders given by casino staff.
4. NO tampering with any games (Games with redstone will be checked EVERY week.)
5. Don't bet if you don't have any money.
6. Do not grief.
7. If you're not casino staff, don't go over any fences.
8. Never enter a game while another casino staff member is playing.
9. No harassment and advertising of other servers in /ch local while at the casino.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
