Terms of the contract:
The purpose of this contract is to facilitate a loan of $1,000,000.

@RealRichNixon is responsible for transferring via the forums $1,000,000.

Late fees will follow the following regime: if a payment is more than 48 hours late, @Moosagi must pay an additional $400,000, to be due within a week of the late fee having taken effect. (For example, if full payment is not received by 12:01 AM on April 28, 2023, @Moosagi has until May 5, 2023 at 12:01 AM to pay the additional $400,000). In the event that this occurs, @RealRichNixon may file a complaint via the forums regarding a breach of contract.

A payment of $1,200,000.00 is to be due by 11:59 PM on April 26, 2023.

Payment is to be made at the chest at /tppos 248 69 -140. It sells one raw iron item for $200,000. Repayment will be considered complete when six raw iron has been purchased (totaling $1,200,000). This same Chestshop will be used to pay late fees, should the need arise.
