General Purpose of Contract:
Citizenship/rules agreement for a town.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I will give all parties who have signed at admin the admin approval date all the rights of citizenship as outlay-ed here http://goo.gl/H3b3jc as long as they are not evicted for breaking the rules and regulations also layed out here http://goo.gl/H3b3jc . Rules are subject to change in the future but whenever a rule or tax enforced by the town is changed, a new contract will be written. This contract only applies for the rules/taxes existent in the town at the time of signing. Not agreeing with them is no reason to break them and until your emigration application has been accepted you're subject to all of the rules, regulations, and taxes* that you agreed for at this contract's signing.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
The other parties have agreed that they will follow the rules and regulations of the town. Not agreeing with them is no reason to break them and until you are officially removed from the town you are subject to all of the rules. They also agree that they will pay all unpaid debts/taxes to the town or its members before leaving the town* and never lie on ANY applications or else break the contract which requires complete honesty.

Diclaimer 2: The other parties have the right to leave at any time by filing a emigration application to http://goo.gl/H3b3jc the town thread. The town, @Gmoneyman118, or any members of the high council as listed here http://goo.gl/H3b3jc and above as participants may not deny that application unless unpaid debts/taxes to the town or its members are found, there is grief evident, or there is an in-progress grief report that hasn't been handled in the town at the time of the report. (in the case of an unhanded grief report the emigration application won't be denied by instead in limbo waiting for the other problems to be handled.

http://goo.gl/H3b3jc Until the denial of any member of the other parties' emigration application, he is subject to taxes and even after leaving any unpaid debt to the town or its members that was secured on a contract will be collected within a week of the official leave or else be held as breach of contract to the member who made the contract or of this contract assuming it was a tax.

 

This is required signed by 1/18/15 if not signed eviction notices will be sent and you'll be packing.
