General Purpose of Contract:
Sale of an eff7 pickaxe over 12 weeks.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
- I agree to give @DrowningInPizza my efficiency 7 star pickaxe (Eff7, Unb3, Silktouch1 -- ID #IFMACP1A -- Named "Obble's Bae") via a chest located at lucky7 warp (to the right) within 24 hours of approval of this contract.
- I will allow @DrowningInPizza to use the pickaxe whenever she would like while the pickaxe is not yet paid off.
- I will add @DrowningInPizza to the /own (ership) of the tool upon receiving the full payment of $1,200,000 ECD plus late fees. Thus giving her FULL ownership of the tool and allowing myself to be removed.


The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@DrowningInPizza must:

- Pay me $100,000 ECD weekly, for 12 weeks. The first payment starting on the 28th of Novemeber, with the last payment ending 13th February. This is a total of 12 payments of $100,000 (Total $1,200,000)

- Pay the above mentioned payments to booth 1 located within /warp lucky7 (Inside, and downstairs). Coords: -7107, 64, 6881 -- Rising.

- Agree to not sell, rent or give the pickaxe to anyone until all $1,200,000 is paid off and the ownership of the tool belongs to @DrowningInPizza

- Agree that late fees must be paid for that week if the payment is late by 1 day. (Example 29th of November instead of 28th of Novemeber). Late fees are $20,000 for each week.

- Agree that if after 12 weeks the full $1,200,000 (plus late fees) has not been paid then an extension of 2 weeks will be given totaling 14 weeks. @DrowningInPizza must have paid all $1,200,000 ECD plus late fees plus $40,000 (Extra 2 weeks extension fees) by this date. If the full payment has not been received then @obblebobble has the right to reclaim the tool without any refund of payments, although any left-over debt will be cleared in this situation.

- Agree that if the tool is lost, broken, butchered, or otherwise un-obtainable then the debt must still be paid off weekly. And in the above situation where the debt is not paid off after 14 (Fourteen) weeks then an alternative must be established where both parties agree.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
