General Purpose of Contract:
To ensure the safe purchase of an eff7 on payment plan by @bobman3355 and the safe sale of an eff7 on payment plan by @LJKAzrael. The own ID of the eff7 is #IGGLF0LM

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I @bobman3355 agree to pay @LJKAzrael $127,000 ECD per week for 9 weeks to payment signs that @LJKAzrael will place in their town x=-998 y=63 z=-1796 (This is a total of 1.15 mil)
I @bobman3355 agree to pay @LJKAzrael late fees of $7,000 per day per payment if I am late on a payment. These late fees will go on for 1 week per payment.
I @bobman3355 agree that if I am 3 weeks late on a payment @LJKAzrael has the right to re claim the eff7 (#IGGLF0LM) with no refund to me. @bobman3355 also must pay all money owed to @LJKAzrael up to the date of the re claim.
@bobman3355 is allowed to rent the eff7 pick (#IGGLF0LM) out while @bobman3355 is paying it off however @bobman3355 is fully responsible for continuing to make payments to @LJKAzrael even if the eff7 pick (#IGGLF0LM) has been lost, broken or stolen.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@LJKAzrael will give @bobman3355 the eff7 pick within 3 hours of this contract being approved.
@LJKAzrael will transfer the /own of the eff7 pick (#IGGLF0LM) to @bobman3355 within 24 hours of @bobman3355 making the final payment of $127,000 if no late fees are owed. If late fees are owed @LJKAzrael will transfer the own of the eff7 pick (#IGGLF0LM) to @bobman3355 within 24 hours after all of the $127,000 payments are made and all of the $7,000 late fee payments are made.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
