IGN: @Loowaa Users Involved in this Contract: @Mardibuch General Purpose of Contract: Transferring of the Eff7 Diamond Pickaxe (#K0R5RLDX) ownership from @Loowaa to @Mardibuch in exchange for 1250 Nether Stars and $1,000,000 ECD. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: @Loowaa ensures to transfer the ownership of the Eff7 Diamond Pickaxe (#K0R5RLDX) once the full payment of 1250 Nether Stars and $1,000,000 ECD has been paid by @Mardibuch in the 2 weeks (14 day) time period. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @Mardibuch will transfer a down payment of 1250 Nether Stars and $270,000 ECD within 24 hours of this contract's approval. @Mardibuch agrees to transfer $730,000 ECD on a payment plan to @Loowaa within 2 weeks (14 days) of this contract's approval. The payment plan schedule will follow as: Within 24h of Contract Approval: 1250 Nether Stars & $270.000 ECD Week 1 (10/13/2019): $365,000 ECD Week 2 (10/20/2019): $365,000 ECD @Mardibuch agrees to transfer $300,000 ECD in late fees if the full payment has not been made to @Loowaa within 2 weeks (14 days) of this contract's approval. @Mardibuch will be given 2 weeks (14 days) extra to pay the late fees ($300,000 ECD) + original agreement (1250 Nether Stars & $1,000,000) for a grand total of 1250 Nether Stars & $1,300,000 ECD. During the time period of the payment plan, if @Mardibuch looses access to the Eff7 Pickaxe in anyway and it is not in their possession anymore, the late fees will come into effect immediately. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: I Agree.
