General Purpose of Contract:
Eff7 (named Oggie Boogie) Rental ID# IVFKH3QH

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
@Ladyvamptress agrees to the following terms:

• Will place the Eff7 named Oggie Boogie (ID# IVFKH3QH) in a chests located at /warp r11 within 1 hour of this contract's approval.
• Will place 38 nether stars in the chest at /warp r11 within 30 minutes of @Black_Cod35's rental fee payment of $25,000 ecd.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@Black_Cod35 agrees to the following terms:

• Will place 38 nether stars in the chest located at /warp r11 as collateral, for the $25,000 ecd rental fee, within 30 minutes of this contracts approval.
• Understands that if the 38 nether stars are not paid, this contract is voided and @Black_Cod35 will not be able to obtain Eff7 named Oggie Boogie (ID# IVFKH3QH).
• Understands that he owes @Ladyvamptress $25,000 ecd and must pay this before his rental time expires or @Ladyvamptress will keep the 38 nether stars.
• Understands that he must return the Eff7 named Oggie Boogie (ID# IVFKH3QH) to the chest located at /warp r11 exactly 25 hours and 30 minutes after this contract's approval.
• Understands that if the Eff7 named Oggie Boogie (ID# IVFKH3QH) is destroyed or lost @Black_Cod35 must replace the tool either by buying the same tool to give to @Ladyvamptress or by paying @Ladyvamptress the value of said Eff7 ($1,320,000 ecd) Note: $150,000 ecd will be added as a compensation fee. All due no later than April 9, 2017.
• Understands that only @Black_Cod35 and @Ladyvamptress will be added to the designated at /warp r11 and that @Black_Cod35 cannot log out without returning the Eff7 named Oggie Boogie (ID# IVFKH3QH) to the designated chest.
• Understands that if any of these terms are breached, @Ladyvamptress has the right to file a complaint.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:

Oh. I thought I was just going to keep the stars as the actual payment. I did mention holding onto something until you could pay me, but I thought you brought the stars up as the actual payment which is why I said I pay $660 for stars. Did you want the stars back after you pay the $25k or just use the stars as the $25k payment?
