General Purpose of Contract:
Ensure the safety of the rental of @maroiogog 's eff7 pick to @IamKarnii

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
i @maroiogog agree to lend a pickaxe (eff7 silk1 unb 3, id.#IIEX6MLX) to @IamKarnii for 2 weeks from this contract being signed.
I @maroiogog agree to give @IamKarnii the pick within 1 day from this contract being signed
i @maroiogog agree to give @IamKarnii 2 weeks after he received the eff7 to pay the 170.000 ecd fee for the rental.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@IamKarnii agrees to pay me @maroiogog 170.000 ecd within 2 weeks from the moment he got the eff7 to the sign located at -5047 68 6375 in Rising.
@IamKarnii agrees to return the eff7 within 2 weeks from when he received it at the chest located at -5047 68 6375
@IamKarnii agrees that if the eff7is broken/lost he'll owe @maroiogog 1.1mil ecd or a new eff7+100k ecd.
@IamKarnii agrees that if he's 1 or more days late returning the eff7 he'll owe @maroiogog 100k ontop of the rental fee.
I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
