General Purpose of Contract:
Safe sale of an efficiency 7 pickaxe

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, @TomKFC , will provide @Enougher with an efficiency 7 pickaxe with the ID #IK3NT9D4 within 1 hour of this contract being approved.
I,@TomKFC agrees to transfer full official ownership with the /own command to @Enougher when the full $1,000,000 ecd is paid. (This will be done within 1 day)
The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@Enougher , will pay @TomKFC , $100,000 ecd within 1 hour of this contract being approved.
@Enougher, will pay an additional $900,000 ecd, for a total of $1,000,000 ecd, in $100,000 increments, to a sign selling stone located at /warp woodford by the 21st of April 2016.
@Enougher agrees that full ownership will be transferred to her via the /own command when the full $1,000,000 ecd is paid. (This will happen within 1 day)
@Enougher agrees that if the full $1,000,000 is not paid by the date stated above, @TomKFC will be within his rights to make a complaint as well as reclaim the pickaxe with no refund. Any remaining debt will be wiped at this point.
@Enougher also agrees that the debt will stand, regardless of what happens to the pick (breakage etc).

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
