General Purpose of Contract:
To ensure a safe purchase of an eff7 by @BlazeInfinite and a safe sale of an eff7 by @bobman3355

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I @bobman3355 will put 10 trade signs for $125,000 each in @BlazeInfinite's town at /warp paragon in rising at the coordinates x=13,780 and z=10,098 and y=73 . I will also place a chest and lock it and /cmodify @BlazeInfinite and @FazeAmerican. @BlazeInfinite will store the pick in it when @BlazeInfinite is not using it. I @bobman3355 will transfer the /own of the eff7 to @BlazeInfinite as soon as I have received the final $125,000 payment. The own id on the pick axe is #II1WCPY2

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@BlazeInfinite must agree to always store the eff7 in the chest provided at /warp paragon when he is not using it. @BlazeInfinite must agree not to let anyone else use this pick other than @FazeAmerican. @FazeAmerican also agrees than he wont let anyone use the pick other than @BlazeInfinite until it is fully paid off. If either of these are broken the contract will be considered breached and the pick will be reclaimed by @bobman3355 and no refund will be provided to @BlazeInfinite. @BlazeInfinite will also need to finish all payments due through the week the pick axe is re claimed. @BlazeInfinite will pay $125,000 every week to 10 signs located at /warp paragon. The first payment will be due on January 28th the second payment will be due on February 4th the 3rd payment on February 11th the 4th payment on February 18th the 5th payment on February 25th the 6th payment on March 4th the 7th payment on march 11th the 8th payment on march 18th the 9th payment on march 25th and the 10th and final payment (assuming there are no late fees) will be due on April 1st. There will be late fees of $90,000 per week. These late fees will be enforced the second a payment is late at 12:00 midnight EST and another $90,000 late fee would be enforced exactly 1 week after that if a payment is that late. There also may be late fees on more than 1 payment at one time. An example of this would be if the payment on February 4th is not paid on time and a $90,000 late fee is added and after 1 week if he has not made the $125,000 payment due on February 11th then @BlazeInfinite will be receiving late fees on both payments at once. All late fees will go on for 2 months per payment. All late fees must be paid before another $125,000 weekly payment is made. If @BlazeInfinite is a full 1 week late on a payment @bobman3355 can re claim the pick axe and not provide any form of refund to @BlazeInfinite. @BlazeInfinite will also owe @bobman3355 all money due through the week that the pick axe is re claimed in this includes late fees. @BlazeInfinite must agree that even if the eff7 is lost stolen or broken he needs to continue and finish all payments and late fees. @BlazeInfinite also agrees that after the contract is approved it is official and he must go through with it.
I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
