General Purpose of Contract:
To protect both parties, @Emau and @zjkhan, in the loan of 570,000 to @zjkhan and the repayment of 700,000 to @Emau in five weeks.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
On 21April2016, @Emau will pay @zjkhan 570,000 ECD.
I also agree to not file a complaint on @zjkhan for late payments without first making multiple attempts to contact him and work things out civilly.
Within 24 hours of the approval of this contract, a payback sign will be placed at /warp Restlech for @zjkhan to pay into at his leisure.
@Emau also agrees to make sure to maintain all relevant screenshots of loaning the money and any pertinent conversations.

/warp restlech is located in the Legacy world.
The payback sign will be located just down the stairs at approximate coordinates:

X: -8450
Y: 44
Z: 11809

I also promise to make sure this sign is always available and untouched by me until either: @zjkhan is banned for nonpayment or the sign has been paid in full.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@zjkhan agrees to pay @Emau 700,000 ECD on or before 26May2016. If @zjkhan realizes he is going to be behind schedule, he must either in-game mail or forum @Emau to inform him.
@zjkhan also agreed to take a screenshots when making his payments for his own protection.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
