IGN: @Moosagi Users Involved in this Contract: @ViperBlackSkull General Purpose of Contract: Excavation and/or Dirt Placement I @Moosagi, agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I agree to provide @ViperBlackSkull with $6,000 ecd for one hour, food torches and erepairs during that hour. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @ViperBlackSkull agrees to mine out level 5, 6 and 7 of my town. If he can't finish that is fine, but he is to mine during that time. He can take a 5-10 min break every hour. If he encounters lava he is to call me (Moosagi) to deal with it, but mine around it in the meantime. @ViperBlackSkull is not to take or break any blocks outside of depth 1 to 10 but may keep all materials he finds on depth 1 to 10. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: Moosagi: Yes. Special note to JMichaels214 and other moderators re: this and previous contracts: "For the record, it appears that this contract was written, signed and performed, all before staff was involved. The thread will be locked by your request." The issue is that these contracts are typically done for short amounts of work. If you suggest I wait until I can afford say 10-20 hrs at a time and to wait for moderator approval I will do that, instead of writing these short quick-fire contracts.
IGN: @ViperBlackSkull I, as another party to this contract, agree to the terms laid out for me to uphold, and understand that failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract: Yes
Contracts dont work this way, if you want the contract to be official then you had to wait for a staff to approve the contract then you start. If they dont approve and you go ahead and get scammed then you won't get anything.
Hello @Moosagi , While I'm glad this went well, what __DeathMaster__ said is true. If you get scammed or a term of the contract isn't upheld before approval then staff will not use this contract as evidence. Please keep this in your mind for any future contracts to avoid problems. Contract denied
