General Purpose of Contract:
Excavation and/or Dirt Placement

I @Moosagi, agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I agree to provide @ghost_runner with $5,000 ecd per hour, a diamond pick, and free repairs during the hour(s) he is working. Max 2 hours.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@ghost_runner agrees to mine out level 5, 6 and 7 of my town. If he can't finish in 2 hours that is fine, but he is to mine during that time. He can take a 5-10 min break every hour.
If he encounters lava he is to call me (Moosagi) to deal with it, but mine around it in the meantime.
Should he finish the excavation he can then proceed to place dirt on levels 5 and 6 (dirt can be provided upon request).
@ghost_runner is not to take or break any blocks outside of levels 5, 6 or 7 but may keep all materials he finds on levels 5, 6 and 7.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: Moosagi: Yes.

Yes, the contract is still needed. New terms are 8k/hr.

(note: previous job at 5k/hr was completed, this is now for a 2nd job. @ghost_runner is reliable).

 

As it turns out the contract isn't needed for now as he's going off to bed. I'll post a new contract tommorow or for anyone else who is interested in the job. You can move this thread now, thank you.
