General Purpose of Contract:
The sale of the town that is claimed @_MattyBRaps_ 's Mayor application.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I @xboyfernz will:
-Pay @_MattyBRaps_ $85,000 upon approval of this contract (within 24 hours)

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@_MattyBRaps_ Will:
-Put a Mayor Application in for the town "Fernzfield_park" within 24 hours of receiving $85,000 from @xboyfernz.
-Upon ranking to mayor, will add @xboyfernz as owner, and remove himself from the town
-Agrees that this contract serves as approval for any future town transfer that may occur to @xboyfernz
-Agrees to do any town feature applications where the funds are provided by @xboyfernz
- @_MattyBRaps_ Agrees he knows he will never get this town back
