General Purpose of Contract:
Purchase of Mayor rank for @xSamauriPvP in exchange for part ownership of a builder town.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
@Evanescence_ agree to the following

• @Evanescence_ will supply $85k to @xSamauriPvP within 10 minutes of contract approval
• @Evanescence_ will not remove @xSamauriPvP from town ownership without prior approval from @xSamauriPvP

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@xSamauriPvP will agree to the following

• @xSamauriPvP will accept the $85k from @Evanescence_ and only use it for the Mayor application (that will be sent within 10 minutes of contract approval)
• @xSamauriPvP will apply for Mayor with the application answers below within 10 minutes of receiving the $85k.
• @xSamauriPvP will add @Evanescence_ as a town owner within 24 hours of the town being made
• @xSamauriPvP will not remove @Evanescence_ from town ownership without prior approval from @Evanescence_
• @xSamauriPvP will use the following answers in the Mayor application here:
