IGN: @rabidworm Users Involved in this Contract: @rabidworm and @bobthegnome1 General Purpose of Contract: To sell the town Blackmesa in legacy to @bobthegnome1 I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: @rabidworm will add @bobthegnome1 as the owner of Blackmesa and remove @rabidworm, leaving @bobthegnome1 as the sole owner within 24 hours of the contract being approved. @rabidworm will not "reclaim" this town, as @rabidworm is the original and official owner, UNLESS @bobthegnome1 leaves the server and has not logged in for at least 4 months The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @bobthegnome1 will pay @rabidworm 50k ECD within 24 hours of the contract being signed @bobthegnome1 will NOT remove person14 or allie09 from the members list @bobthegnome1 will collect any and all items of person14 and allie09 and store them for their eventual return, should they ever. additionally, @bobthegnome1 will send Person14 and allie09 both a mail to alert them of their items location in chests /cmodified to give those users access. if person14 or allie09 ever do return, @bobthegnome1 will give them atleast 7 days to collect their items and a pm or mail. if they do not collect in those 7 days, the items default to @bobthegnome1. additionally, @bobthegnome1 may remove person14 and allie09 from the member list after this 7 day period for item collection based on @bobthegnome1 's discretion I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
