General Purpose of Contract:
500k to be paid back as 660k over six weeks.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

• create a two trade signs located in legacy: -569 78 -4586
• use one to sell 6 dirt for 110k each (660k for loan repayment) with one trade sign. This is the "first mentioned trade sign"
• use the other to sell 40 dirt at 5k each (for each day a payment is late) This is the "second mentioned trade sign"
• not add dirt to first mentioned trade sign or render either trade sign inaccessible to @FuryFudge
• Pay @FuryFudge 500k ecd upon the approval of this contract once we are both online at the same time (within 24 hours).
• The time zone used for this contract is GMT-7 DST will be adjusted when applicable.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

• Pay @CrazySwagMaster1 110k a week for six weeks starting from the receipt of 500k.
  • These payments are to go through the first mentioned trade sign.
  • They are to be paid on or before the same calender day of the week as@CrazySwagMaster1's payment of 500k.
• Every midnight that passes when a payment (late fee or 110k base payment) is due a 5k late fee will be added.
  • These will be paid through the second mentioned trade sign.
  • These payments will continue until 200k in late fees have been pressed (40 days late).
  • Once 40 days has been reached @CrazySwagMaster1 will issue a complaint at her discretion.
  • Late fees are capped at 200k.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
