[Contract] Gift Card.

This contract involves @DopeIsotope.

Terms of the contract:
1. The purpose of this contract is to facilitate a payment plan of the a $100 gift card for the EcoCityCraft shop for $18,000,000.00.

2. @RealRichNixon is responsible for making payments of $4,500,000.00 ECD weekly at /tppos 13635 63 6225.

3. @DopeIsotope is responsible for sending the gift card code to @RealRichNixon within 24 hours of contract approval.

4. Late fees will follow the following regime: For every 24 hours that a payment is late, @RealRichNixon is required to pay an additional $200,000.00, up until late fees accrue to $1,400,000.00. In the event that this occurs, @DopeIsotope may file a complaint via the forums regarding a breach of contract.

5. Payments will be due weekly at 11:59 PM EST, and the following plan is to be followed:

Payment #1 -- $4,500,000.00 -- Monday, September 23, 2023
Payment #2 -- $4,500,000.00 -- Monday, September 30, 2023
Payment #3 -- $4,500,000.00 -- Monday, October 7, 2023
Payment #4 -- $4,500,000.00 -- Monday, October 14, 2023

6. @RealRichNixon is free to make payments before a due date. In this event, @RealRichNixon will not have to make a payment for the upcoming timeframe, but will however be responsible for coming up for the next payment.

7. In regards to ownership, @DopeIsotope relinquishes rights to the gift card upon contract approval. That is, DopeIsotope may not use the gift card code for their own personal use, unless there is some sort of mutual agreement.
