IGN: @Jackson_G14 Users Involved in this Contract: @3point14mp General Purpose of Contract: Sale of a house in Corellia. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I, @Jackson_G14 must give to @3point14mp a house in the town of Corellia for the payment of $1,022,500 ECD at coordinates x: 13212, z: 13993 in Rising immediately after this contract is accepted. I will also never remove @3point14mp 's perms to the town of Corellia for as long as he owns the house. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @3point14mp will need to pay myself, @Jackson_G14 the total of $1,022,500 ECD upon receiving the house in increments of 200,000 ECD per week until the total amount is paid in full. The money needed to be paid will follow the schedule below. There will be no payment sign done for this transaction, just the command /pay being done straight to my balance. -1st payment: 200k total by July 5th, 2015. -2nd payment: 400k total by July 12th, 2015. -3rd payment: 600k total by July 19th, 2015. -4th payment: 800k total by July 26rd, 2015. -5th payment: 1m total by August 2nd, 2015 -Finished total of $1,022,500 ECD by August 5th, 2015. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. @Jackson_G14, I'm going to need one clarification from you... the contract does not actually say when you will give @3point14mp the house. @3point14mp, please hold off on signing until that correction is made. Incidentally, my compliments to the incredible talent of whoever built that house.
