[Contract] IsleTradingCo Co-Mayor Position

General Purpose of Contract:
Safe addition of @Naereniv11 as Co-Mayor to PumpTrump - All server rules apply

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
Upon payment of $5k ECD, I will add @Naereniv11 as Co-Mayor to PumpTrump.
50% of all perms sold will be kept by @Naereniv11 and I will show team member where the signs to pay @AdmiralD his share of the perm sales are.
I will edit the PumpTrump Official Thread to reflect @Naereniv11 being added as Co-mayor.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@Naereniv11 agrees to only add members who have paid for their perms in full - and will not add or remove owners or remove members for any reason. Payment to @AdmiralD for his share of perms will be paid to signs the same day of the sale. (Make sure to take screenshots when paying for your protection)
@Naereniv11 agrees to sell a minimum of one perm per week but is more than welcome to sell more as long as no spamming is used at any time for sales. Loss of position will be possible if Team Member becomes inactive, is banned, or breaks any server rules.
@Naereniv11 also agrees to conduct minor farm maintenance (no more than 10 blocks) and will scan the farm at least 3 times each week for any grief.
While there are no plots, we do allow 2 chests per town member to be placed along the wall where the cooking pots until a suitable storage locker can be provided at a later date. LWC removals can only be filed with permission from @AdmiralD.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
