General Purpose of Contract:
Safe addition of @jbertig as Co-Mayor to TwinTowers - All server rules apply

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I will add @jbertig as Co-Mayor to TwinTowers.
I will edit the TwinTowers Official Thread to reflect @jbertig being added as Co-mayor.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@jbertig agrees to only add members who are trusted not to grief for the purpose of assisting with any building needs he may have.
@jbertig agrees not to add or remove owners for any reason.
@jbertig agrees that loss of position will be possible if Team Member becomes inactive, is banned, or breaks any server rules.

This is too vague for us to enforce. How could we enforce only 'trusted members', the meaning of 'trusted member' varies.
