This contract involves @jackorocks27.

Terms of the contract:
1. The purpose of this contract is to facilitate a payment plan of the L3 Magic Rod (#KSZ6132T) for $10,000,000.

2. @jackorocks27 is responsible for paying 10 payments every 10 days of $1,250,000.00 ECD at /tppos 245 69 -134.

@RealRichNixon is responsible for giving (via /trade) the tool to @jackorocks27 upon approval of the contract.

3. Late fees will follow the following regime: For every 24 hours that a payment is late, @jackorocks27 is required to pay an additional $85,000 per day late, up until late fees accrue to $850,000. In the event that this occurs, @RealRichNixon may file a complaint via the forums regarding a breach of contract.

4. Payments will be due approximately every ten days at 11:59 PM EST, and the following plan is to be followed:

Payment #1 -- $1,250,000.00 -- Wednesday, June 14, 2023
Payment #2 -- $1,250,000.00 -- Saturday, June 24, 2023
Payment #3 -- $1,250,000.00 -- Wednesday, July 5, 2023
Payment #4 -- $1,250,000.00 -- Saturday, July 15, 2023
Payment #5 -- $1,250,000.00 -- Wednesday, July 26, 2023
Payment #6 -- $1,250,000.00 -- Saturday, August 5, 2023
Payment #7 -- $1,250,000.00 -- Wednesday, August 16, 2023
Payment #8 -- $1,250,000.00 -- Saturday, August 26, 2023

5. @jackorocks27 is free to make payments before a due date. For example, if @jackorocks27 has made a $1,250,000.00 payment on July 17, 2023 and would like to pay down another $1,250,000.00, @jackorocks27 may do so. In this event, @jackorocks27 will not have to make a payment for the next ten day timeframe -- July 26, 2023. They will however be responsible for coming up for another $1,250,000.00 for August 5, 2023.

6. In regards to ownership, @RealRichNixon will retain ownership of the L3 Magic Rod (#KSZ6132T), while @jackorocks27 pays off the rod. Once all payments have been made, @RealRichNixon is to transfer ownership within a week of the final payment's due date. Should the items not be transferred within such a time window, @jackorocks27 may file a complaint citing a breach of this contract.
