[Contract] L3 Magic Rod.

This contract involves @ProperX.

Terms of the contract:
1. The purpose of this contract is to facilitate a payment plan of the L3 Magic Rod (#LJ2WMUSQ) for $10,000,000.00.

2. @ProperX is responsible for making payments of $1,250,000 ECD at /tppos 245 69 -140.

3. @RealRichNixon is responsible for giving (via /trade) the tool to @ProperX upon approval of the contract.

4. Late fees will follow the following regime: For every 24 hours that a payment is late, @ProperX is required to pay an additional $125,000 per day late, up until late fees accrue to $1,000,000.00. In the event that this occurs, @RealRichNixon may file a complaint via the forums regarding a breach of contract.

5. Payments will be due approximately every ten days (in a rather loose manner) at 11:59 PM EST, and the following plan is to be followed:

Payment #1 -- $1,250,000.00 -- Saturday, July 1, 2023
Payment #2 -- $1,250,000.00 -- Saturday, July 8, 2023
Payment #3 -- $1,250,000.00 -- Saturday, July 15, 2023
Payment #4 -- $1,250,000.00 -- Saturday, July 22, 2023
Payment #5 -- $1,250,000.00 -- Saturday, July 29, 2023
Payment #6 -- $1,250,000.00 -- Saturday, August 5, 2023
Payment #7 -- $1,250,000.00 -- Saturday, August 12, 2023
Payment #8 -- $1,250,000.00 -- Saturday, August 19, 2023

6. @ProperX is free to make payments before a due date. For example, if @ProperX has made a $1,250,000.00 payment on July 17, 2023 and would like to pay down another $1,250,000.00, @ProperX may do so. In this event, @ProperX will not have to make a payment for the next timeframe -- July 22, 2023. They will however be responsible for coming up for another $1,250,000.00 for July 29, 2023.

7. In regards to ownership, @RealRichNixon will retain ownership of the L3 Magic Rod (#LJ2WMUSQ), while @ProperX pays off the rod. Once all payments have been made, @RealRichNixon is to transfer ownership within a week of the final payment's due date. Should the items not be transferred within such a time window, @ProperX may file a complaint citing a breach of this contract.
