IGN: @Ladyvamptress Users Involved in this Contract: @Ladyvamptress @FiFyFoFumOtter @Mission001 General Purpose of Contract: Rental of an EFF7 which is /owned by @Ladyvamptress (UUID: I9ABHCTP) Screenshot of the EFF7 and UUID: I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I @Ladyvamptress agree to allow @FiFyFoFumOtter the use of my EFF7 from the time this contract is approved until 2:00am (EST) on August 12, 2015. I, @Ladyvamptress, will also agree to give back the $500,000 ECD that @FiFyFoFumOtter gives as collateral back to @FiFyFoFumOtter upon return of the EFF7 to @Ladyvamptress. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @FiFyFoFumOtter will give @Ladyvamptress $500,000 ECD as collateral for the rental of @Ladyvamptress' EFF7 once this contract is approved. @FiFyFoFumOtter will only ask staff members or @Mission001 for ereps. @FiFyFoFumOtter must return the EFF7 to @Ladyvamptress exactly how it appears when @FiFyFoFumOtter received it. If @FiFyFoFumOtter some how sells, destroys, or loses @Ladyvamptress' EFF7, @FiFyFoFumOtter must replace it with another or pay @Ladyvamptress another $500,000 ECD so that she may replace it. @FiFyFoFumOtter understands that if @FiFyFoFumOtter fails to return the EFF7 to @Ladyvamptress by 2:00am (EST) then @Ladyvamptress can file a complaint to have the EFF7 removed from @FiFyFoFumOtter by a staff members and @Ladyvamptress can keep the collateral of $500,000ECD. @FiFyFoFumOtter futher understands that if @Ladyvamptress must replace the EFF7, the collateral of $500,000 ECD that @FiFyFoFumOtter gave @Ladyvamptress will be used in addition to the other $500,000 ECD that @FiFyFoFumOtter will owe @Ladyvamptress I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
