[Contract] Land clearing

General Purpose of Contract:
To ensure that a land clearing deal for the town of Destiel (https://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/president-application.41784/#post-192841) goes smoothly and both parties Involved in the contract uphold their end of the deal.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I @bobman3355 will clear the 200x200 town of Destiel from y=48 to y=8.
I @bobman3355 will have this task completed within 3 weeks (21 days) of receiving a 300k upfront payment from @PurplFairy.
If I @bobman3355 am late on finishing the town clearing I will need to pay @PurplFairy back 5k a day for 10 days as a fee for being late for up to 10 days at which point I will need to return the remaining 250k to @PurplFairy and a complaint may be filed.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@PurplFairy must pay @bobman3355 300k ECD within 24 hours of contract approval as an upfront payment for the clearing of the town Destiel from y=48 to y=8. This will be done using the command /pay bobman3355 300000
@PurplFairy will also add @bobman3355 to the town Destiel using the command "/rg addmember destiel bobman3355" within 24 hours of contract approval
@PurplFairy will add other members to the town to help @bobman3355 with the work if@bobman3355 requests this. These additions will need to be made within 48 hours of a request via in game Mail, PM or a forum PM.
@PurplFairy will not impede, obstruct or in anyway make it more difficult for @bobman3355 to finish the job.

If any of these terms are broken by @PurplFairy then @bobman3355 has the right to cancel the deal and stop working without providing a refund to @PurplFairy.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
