General Purpose of Contract:
I (@Mission001 ) paying @a18greek18 $73,125 ECD to purchase MutliHome for @xCyrusG
@xCyrusG to pay @Mission001 $90,000 ECD back

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I @Mission001 agree to pay @a18greek18 $73,125 to buy @xCyrusG the MultiHome feature within 24 hours of this contract being approved knowing @xCyrusG will payback $90,000 ECD to @Mission001 by 11.59pm 21st May 2016
@Mission001 will file a complaint on @xCyrusG if they fail to pay back the $90,000 by 11.59pm EST on the 21st May 2016
@Mission001 will not remove any of the money from the sign until the full loan is complete.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@xCyrusG agree's to pay back @Mission001 $90,000 by 11.59pm EST 21st May 2016
@xCyrusG has a sign located at /warp eccheadmuseum with 30 payments of $3,000 ECD which totals $90,000 ECD. The full repayment.
@xCyrusG agrees that if he does not pay @Mission001 the full $90,000 by 11.59pm EST 21st May 2016 @Mission001 has the right to file a complaint on @xCyrusG

@a18greek18 agrees to buy the Feature MultiHome for @xCyrusG once he receives payment of $73,125 from @Mission001
If @xCyrusG does not receive the feature within 30 hours of the contract being approved, either @Mission001 or @xCyrusG can file a complaint on @a18greek18



@Mission001 @xCyrusG and @a18greek18 give permission for a mod to reply to this thread with evidence of all screenshots and related evidence to this contract after its approved and locked, as long as its in a new post and no posts are edited.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
