IGN: @obblebobble Users Involved in this Contract: @obblebobble @dgam02 General Purpose of Contract: Loaning $625,000 to @dgam02 with a repayment of $675,000 due in 8 weeks (Plus 5 connected towns upfront) I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I agree to loan @dgam02 $625,000 within 24 hours of this contract being approved The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @dgam02 will: - Give me full, official ownership of the 5 connected towns located in Legacy. The towns are named: Cloudville, Forrestville, Liverpool, Pumpkinville and Uno. - Agrees to pay $80,000 per week for 7 weeks, and also agrees to pay $115,000 in the 8th week. Totaling $675,000 due by the 26th of January. Below is an outline of payments on their due dates: - 8th December - $80,000 - 15th December - $80,000 - 22th December - $80,000 - 29th December - $80,000 - 5th January - $80,000 - 12th January - $80,000 - 19th January - $80,000 - 26th January - $115,000 - Agrees to pay $30,000 in late fees for any week that a payment is late. A payment is considered late once the next day has started (12:01 AM EST). For example, if the payment is paid on the 9th of December 12:01 AM EST, the payment is considered late. Late fees will be capped at $30,000 a week totaling $240,000 at a maximum assuming every week is late. - The above payments will be made to the designated trade signs underneath the town of Lucky7. Accessed via /warp lucky7 -- Going inside, around the back and down the stairs. Payments will be made to the signs within "Booth 9". Inside are 3 trade signs, 1 for 7 payments of $80,000. 1 for 1 payment of $115,000 and 1 for 8 late fee payments if they are required. The coords of these signs are here: -7106, 64, 6921 -- Rising. - Agrees that if the full loan is not paid off by the start of February at the latest then a complaint will be filed and an alternative resolution will be discussed and agreed upon. - Agrees to remove his items/locks from the 5 towns stated above once requested to do so. With 7 days notice. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
